Linda Pierson

We originally assisted Linda and her late husband Milo on their home purchase in April 1997.  Here we are 6 YEARS later.  With the recent passing of Milo, Linda felt it was time for a change.  The pool was not getting much use and the second story was getting to be a hassle.  And of course with change we were presented with some challenges: 1) Linda did not want to do a double move. 2) We needed to get enough cash out of her house to fund the down payment on the next one, 3) We needed to keep the payment the same at the same time purchasing a more expensive home and 4) finance the purchase on a 15 year mortgage.  So we set out to find Linda her new crib in beautiful Sun Lakes.  Everything coming up was overpriced CRAP!  Then, all of sudden, our Marketwatch! computers found her the perfect house, well under-priced!  We were the first buyers to see the house (thank you Titan).  We jumped on it.  We negotiated a long close.  We sold her current home in less than 10 days and at TOP DOLLAR.  We negotiated a closing date to accommodate her purchase.  We negotiated a “pre-possession”.  Linda could not be any happier.  Congratulations Linda!  If you or anyone you know is in a similar situation let us know, we would be happy to assist them.
