Met David at Brian Nolan’s move in party.  Dave is a marketing rep for ADP.  The Payroll Processing people!  His utmost concerns: GETTING a GOOD DEAL and having an agent that was going to look out for his best interest.  Well…after writing 9 LOW BALL OFFERS his ship came in.  We got David a $175,000 home for just over $150,000, got the seller to pay some of his closing costs and include appliances.  Dave walked in for ZERO DOWN!!!  Congratulations Dave! You da Man!
